PwC Polska is seeking a SAP FI Specialist with German to join the Application Evolution Services team. You will analyse and resolve complex SAP FI issues in S/4HANA, provide 2nd and 3rd line support, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver solutions.

Job Description

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. The better we work, the less you notice us. Plus, we simply love what we do. SAP FI Specialist with German

Your future role

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Apply if you have

• Minimum 3 year of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Written and spoken German
• Experience in implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
