Job summary

PwC Polska seeks an SAP FI Specialist with German to join the Application Evolution Services team. You will analyse complex FI/S4HANA issues, provide multi-level support, and configure systems to deliver tailored client solutions while maintaining clear documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SAP FI/S4HANA experience, strong English and German skills, and a track record of implementing SAP-based business processes. Hybrid work options and extensive learning opportunities await.

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. SAP FI Specialist with German

Your future role

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Experience in implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
