Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an SAP FI Specialist with German to join our Application Evolution Services team in Poznań. You will analyze and resolve SAP FI/S/4HANA issues, provide 2nd/3rd line support, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure client success.

You will work in a hybrid model, handle client-focused enhancements, document resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Written and spoken German required.
• Experience implementing business processes with SAP standards (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA).
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex SAP S/4HANA FI issues, including Public Cloud scenarios.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support; resolve tickets efficiently with high quality.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and address topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor ticket trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead minor projects and system changes to meet client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and changes.

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. SAP FI Specialist with German

Your future role

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Experience in implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
