Job summary

PwC Poland’s Application Evolution Services team seeks a Senior SAP PO Developer with German to design and develop SAP Process Orchestration solutions. You will manage tickets and drive changes across SAP landscapes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

You will mentor juniors, participate in planning and estimation, and stay updated on SAP analytics tools to deliver innovative solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing SAP PO solutions.
• German (B2) written and spoken.
• English (B2) written and spoken.
• Experience processing tickets in application managed service.
• Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on with agile methods.
• Bachelor or Master in CS/Engineering/IS.
• Proficiency with AI-based tools for automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve service tickets as part of an application managed service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement within SAP landscapes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members.

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Senior SAP PO Developer with German

Your future role:

• Design and develop advanced solutions with SAP Process Orchestration to optimise integration and automate workflows across complex environments.
• Manage and resolve service tickets as part of an application managed service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes.
• Work across at least three SAP modules, applying your deep understanding to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members,
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities,
• Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that add value to our clients.

Apply if you have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP Process Orchestration.
• Written and spoken German - min B2.
• Written and spoken English - min B2.
• Proven experience in processing tickets within an application managed service and implementing change requests.
• Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules.
• Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions,
• Hands-on experience with agile methods.
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field,
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.
