Job summary

Henkel in Katowice invites an experienced logistics professional to supervise a warehousing operation managed by a 3PL. You will collaborate with the logistics partner to ensure process quality, monitor KPIs, and verify inventory using SAP.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound flows, handle returns and complaints, and contribute to continuous improvement. Strong Excel skills and Polish/English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and logistics documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with KPIs and performance analysis.
• Fluent in Polish and Advanced English (min. B2).
• Assertiveness and ability to enforce agreed actions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administrative supervision of warehouse operated by an external logistics provider.
• Coordinate cooperation between the company and the logistics operator and monitor warehouse process quality.
• Monitor compliance of warehouse operations with contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Verify inventory levels and warehouse documentation using SAP.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, return, and complaint processes; identify improvements.
• Participate in regular and ad-hoc inventory counts.
• Analyze warehouse reports and prepare management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee waste management administration, including reporting and documentation.
