Job summary

Miele is seeking a SAP Data Engineer in Poznan, Poland. The position is hybrid and full-time, focusing on designing, building and operating reusable data products with SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud to support business processes.

You will modernize SAP BW and BW4HANA data models, work with data architects, external consultants, and IT teams, and evaluate data extraction approaches while prioritizing data quality and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP data engineering or data warehousing (BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere).
• Strong ABAP, SQL and data modeling skills with focus on data quality.
• Desirable: Python, ABAP OO, SQLScript and CDS; basic GDPR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate reusable data products using SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC.
• Evaluate SAP extraction/integration approaches with delta handling and performance.
• Modernize SAP BW and BW4HANA data models and flows for future architecture.
• Collaborate with data architects, external consultants, business experts and IT teams.
