Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our global operations. This is a remote position with strong collaboration across finance, operations and project management.

You will implement core SAP CO modules, align with FI, drive actual vs. plan reporting, and design cost allocation cycles to support manufacturing, services and hospitality segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CO module across implementation and support.
• Expertise in cost planning, budgeting, overhead control, and profitability reporting.
• Strong knowledge of product costing (standard, actual) and CO-PA (account-based or costing-based).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support core SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), CO-PA and ABC.
• Align SAP CO with FI for actual vs. plan reporting, budget monitoring, and intercompany cost flows.
• Design and optimize cost allocation cycles, variance analysis, and real-time margin analysis across business units.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Project Management to integrate costing logic into manufacturing, services and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
