Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP SEM Expert to lead design, configuration, and implementation of performance management solutions. This remote role focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, and consolidation across global environments.

You will collaborate with finance, strategy, and IT teams to drive data-driven decisions and align corporate strategy with execution. Strong SAP SEM, BW, FI/CO integration, and remote leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SEM, SEM-BPS and SEM-BCS.
• Strong background in corporate performance management and strategic analysis.
• In-depth understanding of integration with SAP BW, FI/CO, and external reporting systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring planning layouts, data slices, aggregation levels, and characteristic relationships.
• Experience with financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations in SAP SEM-BCS.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen, with a focus on strategic planning and enterprise performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects remotely and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP SEM modules (BPS, BCS, CPM).
• Design strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using SEM-BPS.
• Configure consolidation, group accounting, and reporting using SEM-BCS.
• Integrate SAP SEM with SAP FI/CO, BW, and BI tools.
• Enable data modeling, KPI configuration, and reporting structures for KPIs and scorecards.
• Design and implement dashboards and strategic maps aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
