Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP CS Expert to lead the configuration and optimization of SAP CS in a fully remote setup. You’ll digitize and automate the full after-sales lifecycle—from service notifications to warranties and field service—delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP CS with CRM / FSM and other SAP modules to deliver end-to-end service workflows and robust analytics for service performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP CS module implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of service order lifecycle, warranty claims, and customer equipment records.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Fiori applications, and integration with CRM or FSM (Field Service Management).
• Familiarity with service analytics, contract renewals, and service-based revenue models.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP CS modules, including Service Orders & Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base and Equipment Tracking.
• Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, and CRM for end-to-end service workflows.
• Enable efficient management of customer interactions, preventive maintenance, and SLAs.
• Drive automation and visibility in service order processing, spare part logistics, and customer billing.
• Collaborate with customer success, support, logistics, and finance teams to build a seamless service experience.
