Job summary

MAHLE in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks an SAP CO Consultant to design, implement, and support CO solutions in an international setting. You will coordinate global projects, ensure data accuracy, and drive scalable improvements with a focus on automation and AI.

The role requires 3+ years of SAP CO experience, strong ABAP debugging skills, and fluency in English. Occasional travel and collaboration with FI/MM/SD are expected. MAHLE offers a competitive package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP CO Consulting.
• Strong SAP CO knowledge (ECC/S4) incl. CCA, CO‑PA, PCA, ML, PS, IM.
• Understanding of CO integration with FI, MM, SD, PP.
• Experience in at least one full SAP CO implementation cycle.
• Strong expertise in SAP program debugging (ABAP debugging skills).
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles.
• Advanced MS Office and fluent English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with complex data in an international environment.
• Flexibility for business travel.

Job description

The SAP CO Consultant plays a key role in designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving SAP Controlling (CO) solutions in an international environment. Acting as a trusted business partner, the consultant works closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and standardized controlling processes. The role also includes coordination of global projects, service management activities, and ownership of SAP CO-related services.
