Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Engineering Manager to lead architecture and delivery in an international Agile team.

You will analyse business requirements, design and implement ABAP solutions for SAP S/4HANA, and collaborate with developers, testers and product management.

This role emphasizes ownership, high-quality delivery, and flexible hybrid work with opportunities to work abroad up to 60 days annually.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile Scrum development with strong grasp of architecture.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OO and design patterns.
• Hands-on ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development: CDS, Fiori elements, SmartTemplates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements.
• Design, implement, and test ABAP solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and product management.
• Participate in the Agile Scrum process.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through reviews and testing.
• Maintain and improve the delivery process.
