Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an accomplished SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives across industries. You will design scalable, secure architectures and work with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and SaaS extensions to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, drive best practices, and contribute to pre-sales efforts while mentoring junior staff. Hybrid work in Poland is available, with opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Experience with SAP BTP, CAP, and cloud integration.
Ability to design scalable, secure enterprise architectures.
Experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with TOGAF, BTABoK, and SAP Activate.

Responsibilities

Conduct cost-benefit analyses to align technology with business objectives.
Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead design, development, and deployment of capabilities within SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
Provide expert guidance on SAP methodologies and best practices.
Estimate work efforts for SAP development, DevOps, and architecture components.
