Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Sanitary Works Manager for the rapid tram route project. You will oversee on-site sanitary works, coordinate subcontractors, ensure timely progress, and maintain project documentation.

The role requires a higher degree in a relevant field and at least two years of sanitary works management experience, with knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, and a B category driving license.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sanitary Works Manager.
• Experience with class S road projects or urban street works is welcome.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Driving license category B.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction works carried out by the Employer within the assigned scope
• Responsibility for the proper and timely progress of construction works
• Coordinating the works of subcontractor crews
• Cooperation with the Construction manager
• Controlling the works carried out in accordance with OHS regulations
• Maintaining and verifying construction documentation
• Ordering materials and settling them
• Participating in settling the scope of subcontractors' work
• Reporting laboratory tests in the scope of the water and sewage network
• Participating in laboratory tests and verification tests
• Ensuring compliance with OHS rules
• Preparing as-built documentation and reporting the structure for acceptance

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is recruiting a Sanitary Works Manager for the investment "Construction of the rapid tram route from ul. Kasprzaka to Wilanów, on the section from Warszawa Zachodnia station to the junction with ul. Grójecka" in Warsaw.

Work location: Warsaw and the surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction works carried out by the Employer within the assigned scope
