Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Road Works Manager for the investment project “Construction of the rapid tram route from ul.

Kasprzaka to Wilanów” within the city limits. You will oversee construction works, ensure timely progress, coordinate subcontractors, maintain documentation, and enforce safety regulations on site. The role requires higher education in a relevant field, at least 2 years in road works management, and knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Road Works Manager.
• Experience in class S roads or urban street projects is welcome.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Driving license category B.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction works carried out by the Employer within the assigned scope.
• Ensuring proper and timely progress of construction works.
• Coordinating subcontractor crews.
• Cooperation with the Construction manager.
• Controlling works in accordance with OHS regulations.
• Maintaining and verifying construction documentation.
• Ordering materials and settling them.
• Participating in settling subcontractors' work.
• Participating in laboratory tests and verification tests.
• Ensuring compliance with OHS rules.
• Preparing as-built documentation and reporting for acceptance.

Work location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction works carried out by the Employer within the assigned scope
• Responsibility for the proper and timely progress of construction works
• Coordinating the works of subcontractor crews
• Cooperation with the Construction manager
• Controlling the works carried out in accordance with OHS regulations
• Maintaining and verifying construction documentation
• Ordering materials and settling them
• Participating in settling the scope of subcontractors' work
• Participating in laboratory tests and verification tests
• Ensuring compliance with OHS rules
• Preparing as-built documentation and reporting the structure for acceptance

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Road Works Manager
• Experience in the construction of class S roads or construction/expansion/reconstruction of streets in urbanized areas welcome
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office software
• Driving license category B
