Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with leadership responsibilities to implement and customize Salesforce Platform and Industries for Insurance, leading design decisions and ensuring architectural coherence.

You will work hands-on with clients in an agile setup, mentor teammates, estimate efforts, and create clear technical docs. This hybrid role offers career progression, training budgets, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment with travel.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (Tech Lead or Architect).
• English language fluency (B2/C1).
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; bridge business requirements with technical solutions and facilitate workshops.
• Experience estimating effort and identifying risks.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, Apex, and LWC.
• Willingness to travel; able to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Salesforce Platform (Sales / Service/ FSC) and Salesforce Industries for Insurance.
• Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account the architecture and its constraints.
• Serve as a reliable advisor and “sparring partner” for our clients.
• Independently lead a project team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams.
• Create well-structured technical documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
