Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Warsaw is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce Competence team. You will implement and customize Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks, working with clients in an agile environment.

You will build guided flows with Omnistudio, fine-tune integrations, and contribute to R&D efforts delivering state-of-the-art cloud solutions. A strong team culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Omnistudio.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Good command of English (B2)
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Availability for full-time employment.
• Readiness to travel (projects may require client-side work).
• Ability to work within the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
• Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.
• Configure, integrate, and customise Salesforce software to meet client needs.
• As part of the R&D team: design and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients.
• Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
