Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Katowice seeks a Salesforce Developer to implement and tailor Salesforce solutions for financial clients. You will build guided flows with Omnistudio, integrate systems, and work closely with clients in an agile setup.

Must hold a Master’s in IT or equivalent and have 2+ years of Salesforce dev experience, plus 1+ year with Omnistudio. English at least B2, strong teamwork, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent with at least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year commercial Omnistudio experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and OOP.
• Strong communication and teamwork; English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
• Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.
• Configure, integrate, and customise Salesforce software to meet client needs.
• Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
• As part of the R&D team: create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients.
