Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Salesforce MultiCloud Developer to architect, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud.

You will work closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable integrations, implement complex customisations, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with CRM, Service Cloud, and related capabilities.
• Experience building scalable Salesforce Flow solutions.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata.
• Experience in architecting complex Salesforce integrations and customisations.
• Strong CRM/data modelling and software architecture foundations.
• Experience delivering AI/Agentforce and automation solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or similar tools.
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Admin, etc.) and related advanced certs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD (GitHub, Salesforce DX).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and share knowledge within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Design scalable, maintainable architectures within Salesforce and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and promote best practices.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and support UAT.
• Lead data governance and robust integration patterns across Salesforce clouds.
• Monitor performance and optimise Salesforce solutions for scalability.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and advocate innovative tool usage.
