Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead business process transformation using data and AI.
Hands-on work with Salesforce to improve workflows across departments.
Design and implement smart solutions including automations and AI-driven recommendations.
Build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
Analyze processes and suggest improvements.
Integrate multiple data sources and systems via APIs.
Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
Identify bottlenecks and own end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Support user adoption and guide teams in using systems effectively.
Explore and implement new AI tools and Salesforce capabilities.
