Job summary

Mindspace Ltd in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst to own and continually improve our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will drive business process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI implementation while collaborating with teams across Europe.

The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a focus on connecting data, Salesforce, and AI technologies to deliver real transformations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration (Sales Cloud).
• Proven experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience with integrations and APIs is advantageous.
• Strong data background: analysis, process design, and data modeling.
• Familiar with AI tools and building solutions with various AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process transformation using data and AI.
• Hands-on Salesforce work to improve sales, marketing, and operations workflows.
• Design and implement automation, predictive models, and AI-driven recommendations.
