We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and high performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.
Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain proper code documentation, and write/maintain unit tests for all custom development.
Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Architects to validate requirements, considering security, scalability, and system limits.
Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce across various business platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations and performance.
Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and programmatic development.
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud (at least one area preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and DevOps processes.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are required.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud.
Knowledge of Education Cloud implementations or industry-specific solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
