Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and high performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities include developing Apex classes and LWC, adhering to best practices, integrating Salesforce via APIs, and delivering tailored solutions with strong unit tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Experience with declarative (point-and-click) and programmatic development.
• Knowledge of Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud (at least one).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and DevOps processes.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain unit tests for all custom development.
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Architects to validate requirements with a focus on security and scalability.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Work with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce across business platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations and performance.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
