Talanto is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a global travel transformation program based in Europe. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support integrations across multiple systems.

In this role you will work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues, focusing on Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on with Salesforce CRM development, Apex, LWC, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Nice to have travel industry experience.
• Nice to have AI tools experience.
• Nice to have familiarity with enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs.
• Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.

Project overview

Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the enhancement and evolution of a CRM platform within a global travel transformation program. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues to design and implement Salesforce solutions that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and support integrations across multiple systems.

Latam/US/Canada (GMT-4) — European candidates need to have an overlap for 3-4 hours with the client.

Requirements

• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher for client communication
• Nice to have: Experience in the travel industry
• Nice to have: Experience working with AI based tools for development or documentation
• Nice to have: Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows
