Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect, Director to drive digital evolution for luxury fashion brands. This role sits at the executive table with CDOs and CTOs, translating business needs into scalable SFCC architectures.

You will define SFRA guidelines, oversee integrations with OMS/ERP/PIM/CRM, and lead SEI partners to deliver secure, high-performing e-commerce solutions across global traffic peaks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with a minimum of 5+ years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
• Deep knowledge of SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script.
• Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI).
• Strong ability to communicate with CDOs/CTOs and translate business needs into scalable architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with SI partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and executive-level presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors of Maisons.
• Define development guidelines for SFRA, SiteGenesis, and modern Headless/Composable scenarios.
• Architect end-to-end SFCC solutions with emphasis on scalability, security, and performance.
• Design integration flows between SFCC and OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and payment gateways.
• Oversee development teams and SI partners, ensuring adherence to patterns and governor limits.
• Balance parent-group priorities with individual brand requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses deep, vertical expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), paired with high emotional intelligence and a strong consulting mindset.This is not a general Enterprise Architecture role, but rather a highly specialized, authoritative position focused entirely on SFCC solutions.
