Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Technology Partner to scale a global SAP-based commerce ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to roll out new markets and modernize platform architecture, ensuring scalable integration and data management across SAP SMC, CDC, CDP, and C4C. The role demands 10+ years of enterprise commerce experience, hands-on SAP expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive performance, security, and localization at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivering and scaling enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms in multi-market environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SmartEdit, and composable storefront architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystem products including SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations and API-based architectures.
• Proven ability to lead global platform rollouts and international market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to scale and evolve the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Design, govern, and optimize platform architecture across multiple global markets.
• Drive performance, reliability, security improvements across the SAP-based commerce platform.
• Lead integration initiatives across the SAP landscape (SMC, CDC, CDP, C4C) and APIs.
• Support rollout of new markets with localization capabilities and scalable deployments.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.

Our client is entering an active global scaling phase and is looking for a highly experienced Technology Partner to strengthen and expand its digital ecosystem. This long-term partnership will involve close collaboration with core Product and Engineering teams to support the rollout of new markets, enhance platform capabilities, and scale global commerce and customer data infrastructures.The Technology Partner will play a key role in the evolution of client’s digital architecture, working within a modern SAP ecosystem that includes SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, composable storefront solutions, SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C.
