Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce Business/Systems Analyst to join an international team. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and develop Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications.

You will participate in workshops, prepare training materials, and coordinate UAT while leveraging standard Salesforce functionalities and potential custom solutions. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions.

• Good command of Polish and English

• Having Salesforce certifications will be an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Financial Cloud
