Sii Poland seeks a Salesforce-focused business/systems analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions from Poznań. You will gather requirements, model processes, and document findings while collaborating with business and technical teams in an international environment.

Role emphasizes translating requirements into system features, participating in workshops, and supporting UAT. Salesforce certifications are a plus; Polish and English are essential, with development

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of business or system analysis experience in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard functionalities.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions.
• Basic knowledge of system integration and REST API.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Your tasks

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions in Salesforce
• Analyzing and modeling business processes and designing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Preparing analytical and functional documentation
• Participating in workshops and preparing training materials
• Recommending solutions based on standard Salesforce functionalities or dedicated solutions
• Coordinating UAT testing

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions
• Basic knowledge of system integration and REST API
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Good command of Polish and English

Nice to have

• Having Salesforce certifications will be an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Financial Cloud
