Sii Poland is seeking a results-driven Product Owner/Manager with a strong business mindset to lead Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud and stakeholder collaboration. The role emphasizes translating user needs into functional requirements while shaping the product roadmap and long-term strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in related roles, English and Polish proficiency, and experience working with agile teams in an international environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

We are looking for a professional who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a strong product and business mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, bringing structure to complex processes, prioritizing requirements, and translating user needs into practical solutions. We are looking for someone who can view a product holistically, from strategy and roadmap planning, through backlog management, to delivering improvements and creating a positive user experience.

While Salesforce knowledge is important, this is not a hands-on development or platform administration role. The key focus is on identifying business needs and effectively leveraging Salesforce capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.
