Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business/System Analyst to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions. You will model processes, prepare documentation, and participate in workshops to deliver effective outcomes for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams in an international environment, leveraging Salesforce capabilities and pursuing certifications to grow your expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions.
• Basic knowledge of system integration and REST API.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Good command of Polish and English.

Responsibilities
