Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on optimizing CRM and revenue systems. You will audit systems, resolve data issues, and document complex SaaS workflows for better operational governance.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience across major platforms and strong English communication. Remote work is available for this contractor engagement, with exposure to billing, CPQ, and integration environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
