Job summary

Abakus School in Poland is seeking a part-time Sales Specialist to guide parents from initial inquiry through a successful demo lesson and finally close the course sale. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and weekends coordinated individually.

You will work with Polish language proficiency, English for internal team communication, and use AmoCRM to manage client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in education-related, consultative, phone sales required.
• Native-level Polish; basic English for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Contact parents via phone and WhatsApp and guide them from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
• Speak with parents after the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course.
• Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
• Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
• Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
• Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.

YourRole requires to:
