Job summary

Arche Consulting is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Western Germany. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on construction materials, with German and English language requirements and frequent travel across the area. The position includes a fixed monthly salary and a yearly bonus tied to targets, plus a company car for business and private use.

The candidate will liaise with clients, coordinate market activities, and work closely with a technical advisor to meet regional sales plans.

Qualifications

• German native speaker; fluent in English.
• Experience in sales of construction materials is preferred.
• Civil engineering background is a plus, not obligatory.

Responsibilities

• assisting clients in the construction and industrial area (traders with the construction material, OEM)
• supporting sales and coordinating all the activities on the market necessary for the fulfillment of planed results
• ensuring direct communication with the clients
• maintaining good level of communication and cooperation with customer service and financial department of employer company informing architects, constructors, distributors, final users about the characteristics of the products and applications, produced or sold by the Employer
• assisting in preparation all the promotional material for the market activities
• following up all tie competitor activities
• assisting the Employer in resolving any claim and discrepancy related to the sold products of the DE market
• reporting to Employer on regular basis the sales activities and other management requested reports to ensure obtaining the data about fie financial heath of the clients
• working in team with Technical advisor for DE market
• Other tasks agreed with the management

Requirements
