Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking an IT Domain Solution Architect (Sales) to lead the global Sales domain architecture. You will drive the roadmap, governance, and cross-domain alignment with Enterprise Architecture, while partnering with Business and IT leaders to shape priorities.

The role requires TOGAF familiarity, experience with LeanIX, and strong stakeholder skills in an international context. Hybrid work options and a central Wroclaw location are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT architecture (domain, solution or enterprise).
• Experience with Sales capabilities and data flows (CRM/CPQ).
• Proven record driving transformation programs in international settings.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture practices (TOGAF).
• Strong stakeholder skills and senior leadership influence.
• Self-directed, autonomous in a global setup.
• Polish and English at least B2; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Sales domain architecture with multi-year roadmaps.
• Set architectural guardrails and approve target architecture decisions.
• Translate Sales strategy into architectural direction and initiatives.
• Harmonize applications, integrations and data flows in Sales domain.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance and decision forums.
• Define and enforce domain-wide standards, security and resilience.
• Maintain landscape transparency using LeanIX and EA practices.
• Represent Sales in architecture boards and cross-domain alignment.
• Act as sparring partner for Business and IT leaders on priorities.
• Identify and reduce technical debt to lower cost and risk.
• Monitor technology trends and applicability to the Sales domain.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Owning and evolving the global Sales domain architecture (target state, principles, standards, reference architectures
• Setting architectural guardrails for the Sales domain and approve target architecture decisions across initiatives
• Translating Sales strategy and business priorities into architectural direction and a multi-year roadmap
• Driving harmonization and modernization across applications, integrations and data flows within the Sales domain
• Steering architectural decisions through architecture reviews, decision forums and governance mechanisms
• Defining and enforcing domain-wide architecture standards and quality guardrails (e.g., security, resilience, compliance, etc.)
• Maintaining transparency of the landscape and support consolidation using LeanIX and related EA practices
• Representing the Sales domain in architecture boards and decision forums, drive cross-domain alignment with Enterprise and Solution Architecture
• Acting as a trusted sparring partner for Business and IT leaders, shaping priorities and roadmap decisions for the Sales domain
• Identifying and reducing technical/architectural debt through prioritized initiatives that reduce complexity, cost and risk
• Monitoring technology and architecture trends and assessing their applicability to continuously evolve the Sales domain

Your Qualifications

• Few years of professional experience in IT architecture (domain, solution or enterprise architecture), ideally in a Sales context
• Strong understanding of Sales capabilities and landscapes (e.g., CRM, CPQ, pricing, customer interaction) including interfaces/integration and data flows
• Proven experience driving transformation programs (harmonization, modernization, global rollouts) in complex, international environments
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture practices (e.g., TOGAF concepts) and experience using LeanIX or similar tooling
• Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to drive decisions with senior business and IT leaders
• A clear ownership mindset: self-directed, accountable, proactive, and comfortable operating with high autonomy in a global setup
• Fluency in both Polish and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Knowledge of German is a plus
