Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Sales Operations & Effectiveness Manager for the CEE region. Location is Niepołomice or Warsaw with a hybrid model allowing up to 50% remote work.

You will drive regional sales effectiveness, optimize territory coverage, and lead Salesforce and related system enhancements to boost commercial performance across Europe. The role requires strong analytical skills, CRM experience, and stakeholder management, with English fluency and a focus on

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, or similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce.
• Experience leading system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve sales effectiveness frameworks, processes, and standards across the region.
• Optimize sales call plans, territory coverage, and route planning to maximize field productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics and indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for sales systems and tools.
• Lead adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with regional stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers for enhancements.
• Act as key user and owner for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
• Drive cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and transformation.
