Versuni is seeking a Marketing Director for the Central and Eastern Europe region. The role combines regional leadership with responsibility for the Poland market, requiring a hands‑on approach, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering profitable growth across multiple markets.

You will own marketing strategy, budgets, and ROI, while collaborating with Sales, E‑commerce, Retail Media and external partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing and commercial experience in global FMCG, consumer goods and/or consumer electronics environments.
• Significant multi-country leadership experience across complex markets.
• Proven Marketing Director / senior regional leadership with accountability beyond marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional marketing strategy across 19 markets.
• Lead 18-month rolling forecast linking category ambitions to profitable growth.
• Drive portfolio, pricing, activation and ROI with full financial accountability.
• Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, distributors and retailers to align commercial plans.
• Oversee large marketing budgets with disciplined spend tied to outcomes.
• Lead and develop senior Marketing Managers across countries, often remotely.
