JDE Peets is hiring a Sales Systems Analyst to transform sales data into actionable insights and build reporting solutions supporting the Sales organization. You will analyze data from multiple systems, develop dashboards, and empower business users to improve sales performance.

The role requires 2-4 years in sales analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense. English fluency and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, BI, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar).
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, customer segmentation, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Transform sales data into actionable business insights supporting decision-making across Sales.
• Maintain and develop reporting solutions and dashboards for effective performance monitoring.
• Partner with Sales stakeholders to deliver analyses and recommended actions.
• Lead and support customer targeting, segmentation and sales incentive processes.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across sales reporting and analytics platforms.
• Enable users to leverage data independently through reporting tools and knowledge sharing.
• Provide analytic guidance as a subject matter expert on sales data and systems.
