Job summary

Nexi Group in Rzeszów is looking for a Client Advisor to join a collaborative, international team. You’ll contact existing and prospective customers by phone, email, and chat, conduct sales conversations, and match the best POS and payment acquiring solutions to customer needs.

You’ll build long-term relationships, contribute to achieving sales targets, and maintain accurate records in company systems. The role offers a permanent contract, standard hours, a monthly sales bonus, onboarding

Qualifications

• Strong interest in building a long-term sales career.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Willingness to learn and participate in onboarding and training.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Good computer literacy (Word, Excel).
• English language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct sales conversations and match best solutions to customers’ needs.
• Provide professional advice and build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and develop the customer portfolio.
• Support customers after the sale and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation flow and update data in company systems.
• Monitor performance and cooperate with the manager to reach goals.
