Overview

Your tasks: In this position, you will support the Sales Directors in operative & strategic planning, scheduling and organization of any sales activities and events.

  • Support for sales management in day-to-day operations
  • Travel planning including booking of flights, hotel and rental car
  • Organization of customer visits
  • Organization of sales meetings
  • Participation in the planning of fairs, symposia and customer events
  • Customer support
  • Coordination of deliveries in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Cooperation with the accounting department at the headquarters in Germany and a Polish accounting firm

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent language skills in English and native Polish
