The role requires strong Polish and English (B2) skills, independence and a proactive customer-focused mindset, and the ability to plan meetings and prepare sales materials.

• Update prospect and customer database (contacts, opportunities) in Salesforce.

• Coordinate Quality or Regulatory requests and process disputes and credit notes.
