Job summary

Link Group is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer / Agile Delivery Program Lead to drive complex, multi-site software delivery initiatives. You will bridge technical execution with business strategy, steer SAFe environments, manage cross-vendor dependencies, and ensure smooth handovers to operations.

Qualifications

• Scaled Agile Mastery (SAFe / PI Planning): facilitate PI Planning cycles and align objectives across multiple teams.
• Dependency & Cross-Site Management: map and resolve complex dependencies across distributed teams and third-party vendors.
• End-to-End SDLC Oversight: own the software delivery lifecycle from requirements through deployment and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaled agile delivery and SDLC governance across multi-site programs.
• Manage cross-site dependencies and third-party vendor integration.
• Provide executive-level reporting and data-driven status updates for leadership.
• Oversee compliance, quality standards, and service transition to operations.
