Job summary

Link Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multiple SaaS platform initiatives in a regulated environment. You will work with Product, Engineering, Quality, and external vendors to drive releases, integrations, and business adoption.

The role requires strong SDLC, Agile, and testing expertise, plus proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across global teams. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven track record delivering multiple complex SaaS/tech initiatives.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, release management and testing processes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; nice-to-have on scientific platforms, ELN/LIMS, or research apps.
• Knowledge of GxP, validation and quality processes.
• Experience with SaaS platform releases and vendor management.
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent programs for SaaS platforms and scientific apps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Eng, Quality, Business and vendors.
• Drive release planning, deployment coordination and testing readiness.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines and executive reporting.
• Coordinate platform integrations across multiple systems.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support business readiness, user adoption and change management.
