Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Warsaw seeks a Release Manager to drive smooth production deployments and coordinate releases from small fixes to large transformations. You will collaborate with technical and business teams, manage risks, and ensure deployments reach production safely and efficiently.

The role blends technical involvement with project coordination and stakeholder engagement, offering opportunities to optimize processes and explore automation and AI-enabled enhancements within Release

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment across landscapes using CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps-like tools.
• Bundles changes into releases (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, emergency).
• Communicates release deadlines to delivery teams.
• Manages operational communication to SAFe Product Teams and stakeholders.
• Provides input for business communication related to ongoing release.
• Manages cooperation with internal and external technical teams.
• Prepares analysis related to release management KPIs.
• Proactively identifies blockers and impediments in Release Management area.
• Works on process improvements, LEAN initiatives and basic scripting (no-code tools such as UI Path).
• Cooperation of external partners (service providers, audits).
• Explores and implements AI agents and automation opportunities within Release Management, SDLC, and DevOps processes.

Your main tasks:

• Technically manages the deployment of the solution across our landscapes (utilizing CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps like tools),

• Communicates release management relevant deadlines to delivery teams,
• Manages operational communication relevant to ongoing release: Communicate plans, timelines, requirements to SAFe Product Teams and stakeholders,

• Manages the cooperation with internal and external technical teams,
• Prepares analysis related to release management specific KPIs,
• Pro-actively identifying blockers and impediments in Release Management Area,
