Job summary
SKMgroup is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to drive a crossfunctional mobile product team. You will optimize delivery pipelines, protect the squad from distractions, and partner with Product Managers to refine backlogs.
You will coordinate complex mobile release cycles via TestFlight and Google Play, while mapping dependencies for Data Engineers and ensuring DoR/DoD are met. This role emphasizes data-driven delivery and end-to-end velocity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in mobile development.
- Experience with Data Engineers and data workflows.
- Advanced Jira and Azure DevOps administration.
- Deep knowledge of iOS/Android release cycles and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives.
- Optimize Workflows: Configure Jira and Azure DevOps boards for transparency of tasks, blockers and ownership.
- Bridge Product and Tech: Translate requirements into User Stories meeting DoR/DoD.
- Manage Mobile Releases: Coordinate TestFlight and Google Play submissions.
- Unblock Execution: Resolve bottlenecks and map dependencies for Data Engineers.
- Track Delivery Metrics: Use velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow for forecasting.
