Job summary

ecosio is a fast-growing provider of B2B integration, specialising in EDI, e-invoicing and cloud-based interoperability. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive e-invoicing projects, coordinate ERP integrations, and support customers worldwide while acting as a technical bridge between clients and our SaaS platform.

You will engage with international partners, coordinate mappings, and help evolve our integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Several years of work experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience with ERP import/export interfaces based on XML, CSV and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboardings, EDI service providers and VANs.
• Experience with national e-invoicing mandates around the globe.
• In-depth knowledge of EDI formats (XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA) and protocols (AS2, OFTP2, PEPPOL).
• Excellent English communication; additional languages advantageous.
• Know-how in project management, supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement e-invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicate with partner companies, customers, and suppliers worldwide.
• Interface between customers, their ERP systems, and ecosio SaaS platform.
• Onboard new customers after handover from Sales and progress integrations independently.
• Act as sparring partner to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Coordinate mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with document engineering.
• Encourage evaluation and adoption of new tools and processes for projects.
