Job summary

Code & Pepper is developing a SaaS workforce management platform for a UK healthcare client. As a Product Manager, you will define product strategy, lead discovery and delivery, and implement AI-driven workflows to optimize scheduling and staff management.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and Client Operations, produce PRDs and product one-pagers, and use data to drive decisions across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS products in an Agile environment.
• Defined and delivered strategic product roadmaps.
• Managed full product lifecycle including discovery and backlog management.
• Created clear product documentation such as PRDs and one-pagers.
• Leveraged AI tools to automate workflows and improve delivery.
