Job summary

Docplanner is restructuring product development with AI, seeking a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead a small team and drive AI-enabled practices. You will stay hands-on in code while guiding 4-6 senior engineers and one Engineering Manager.

You will influence engineering culture, mold workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement and retention through patient-facing software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding with AI to accelerate product development.
• Experience delivering complex software in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Through Code (70%) by implementing features and architectural changes using AI tooling.
• Drive transformation and technical leadership (30%) by growing the team and adopting AI-enabled practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to solve patient problems from end to end.
• Track impact with metrics on speed, quality, and product outcomes.
