Text is seeking an in-house lawyer to join our Legal team and strengthen contracting, privacy, and compliance across Europe and the US. You’ll work closely with the Head of Legal and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs and enterprise contracts
• Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations
• Translate legal complexity into clear options, trade-offs, and provide business-oriented recommendations that support informed business decisions
• Contribute your input to ongoing Legal priorities while operating within a clear strategic Legal team direction
• Own your matters end-to-end with strong preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through
