Job summary

Text is seeking an in-house lawyer to join its Legal team and strengthen contracting, privacy, and compliance capabilities as we scale across Europe and the US. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to enable business growth with pragmatic, high-quality legal work.

You will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, support EU and US privacy compliance, and translate legal complexity into clear business options and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS commercial contracts (MSAs and enterprise contracts).
• Strong understanding of privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance in EU/US contexts.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear business options and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS contracts and enterprise agreements.
• Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations.
• Translate legal complexity into clear options and business-oriented recommendations.
• Contribute to ongoing legal priorities and operate within a strategic Legal team direction.
• Own matters end-to-end with thorough preparation and documentation.
