Job summary

Grass Valley in Kraków, Poland, is looking for a pragmatic in‑house lawyer to join our global Legal team and support a broad range of commercial and corporate matters in an international tech environment. You will draft and review agreements, assist with IP, HR and governance matters, and coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions to deliver practical legal guidance.

This role offers exposure to a dynamic media technology business and opportunities to develop as an in‑house lawyer

Qualifications

• Law degree and at least 4 years of legal experience.
• Experience in an international environment, in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience with commercial contracts and general legal support.
• Exposure to technology, SaaS, media tech or similar sectors preferred.
• Experience in corporate, IP, HR and legal operations matters.
• Strong English communication (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements (customer, supplier, SaaS, product sales, services, confidentiality).
• Support corporate governance, company administration and group projects.
• Assist with IP-related matters and coordination with internal and external advisors.
• Support HR and employment-related matters in coordination with HR and local counsel.
• Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain and improve legal templates, workflows and internal processes.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Support other typical in-house legal tasks as required.
