Text S.A. is seeking an in-house lawyer to strengthen contracting, privacy, and compliance across Europe and the US. You’ll work closely with the Head of Legal and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations in a fast-moving, product-driven tech environment.

This role emphasizes practical legal work that enables growth, ownership, and cross-functional impact, with a focus on SaaS agreements, privacy compliance, and strategic business support.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS commercial contracts (MSAs and enterprise agreements).
• Ability to translate legal complexity into clear business options and recommendations.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable working across EU/US jurisdictions.
